Acceptance Deposit Payment
This form will allow you to submit payment for the following:
College of Osteopathic Medicine Acceptance Deposit - $1,500
You must pay the required deposit to proceed with the admissions and enrollment process. The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason. This means that if you withdraw from the admissions and enrollment process prior to matriculation, or otherwise fail to timely complete the other action items required to gain student status, the deposit will not be returned to you.
By submitting the required deposit, you acknowledge and agree that your acceptance is conditional on completing all required action items (including submitting all required documents and forms) and that failing to do so by the due date(s) will result in revocation of your acceptance. As part of the required action items, you will be required to review and agree to acknowledgments regarding the Catalog, Student Handbook, and other Kansas City University policies; a binding arbitration agreement; a financial responsibility agreement; and a gym use and wellness program waiver. Review and agreement to these important documents is the next action item and must be completed before you move on to other action items.
