KCU Graduates & Former Students
Click here to request official transcripts or to request enrollment and/or degree verification. KCU has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide these services through a portal called MyHub. In order to make a request in that platform, graduates and former students must create a login with either a Google or LinkedIn account. If you experience issues placing your order on MyHub, contact them directly at their My Student Center.
Submitting Requests
Requests other than those submitted through NSC will require completion of one of the forms linked below. They are processed in the order they are received and typically take up to five working days. Requests for multiple transcripts, several different documents, or requests during peak operating times (e.g., graduation), may require additional processing time.
Please download the file and complete it offline (not in a web browser) before submitting.
