KCU Graduates & Former Students
Click here to request transcripts. KCU has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide these services. If you experience issues placing your order on NSC, please review their FAQ and contact page or call (800) 946-3646. Requests for transcripts will only be processed if you have fulfilled all financial obligations to KCU.
Submitting Requests
Requests other than those submitted through NSC will require completion of one of the forms linked below. They are processed in the order they are received and typically take up to five working days. Requests for multiple transcripts, several different documents, or requests during peak operating times (e.g., graduation), may require additional processing time.
