KCU alum Dr. Mitchell Fagan balances life as an ER doctor with his passion for pasta as the owner of Zero Zero, a Kansas City restaurant and pasta shop focused on handmade, locally sourced dishes. By day, he cares for patients; by night, he crafts fresh pasta using stone-milled flour and Old World techniques. For Fagan, both callings share the same purpose: to nourish, connect and serve his community.
