Wellness Day kicks off another year of Score 1 for Health in Kansas City

KCU kicked off its Kansas City Score 1 for Health programming with a Wellness Day bringing future physicians and more than 300 Kansas City children together for health screenings and education. Over 250 KCU medical students provided physical, dental and vision screenings and led health education activities for students from Scuola Vita Nuova Charter School. The annual kick-off event gives children an opportunity to learn about their health while providing KCU students with valuable hands-on clinical experience.
