Parking & Accessibility

Parking in the lots outside the Joplin High School Performing Arts Center is free. Accessible parking spots are close to building access points and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. An ADA drop-off area is available outside the main door of the venue. Maps for these drop-off locations will be available closer to the event.

Livestream & Photography

The entire ceremony will be livestreamed and stored on YouTube. This can be accessed from kansascity.edu approximately 15 minutes before the ceremony begins on Thursday, July 24, 2025.  A professional photographer will be on-site taking photos. These photos will be available for purchase from the photography company approximately one week after the ceremony.

In addition, KCU will have a photographer on-site taking candid photos and these will be available on the University's Facebook page one week after the ceremony.
