Jennifer Ingraham
Vice President of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement
Jennifer Ingraham is a nonprofit executive with more than 25 years of experience in fundraising for the arts and higher education sectors. She serves Kansas City University as vice president of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement where she provides strategic leadership for the university’s philanthropic priorities. Prior to joining KCU, she held fundraising and/or corporate sponsorship roles with the UMKC Foundation, Kansas City Repertory Theatre, Park University, and the Kansas City Symphony.
Ingraham is proud to be the Governor-appointed Chair of the Missouri Community Service Commission which has oversight of AmeriCorps state funds and works to strengthen Missouri communities through volunteerism and service. She serves the Greater Kansas City community through her board service to the PIEA Crossroads Arts Advisory Committee (appointed by former Mayor Sly James), Beacon Mental Health Services Foundation, The Coterie Theater, Park Hill School District Education Foundation, and WIN for KC. She also contributes time to the Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation, United WE Advisory Board, Women’s Public Service Network and her P.E.O. Chapter.
Additionally, Ingraham has been recognized for her civic and community leadership with the Bernard Powell Award from the Centurions Alumni Association, Kappa Delta Sorority’s Order of the Pearl, Nonprofit Connect’s Rising Star Award and as a Kansas City Business Journal: Next Gen Leader, Class of 2014.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in music from Drury University and a Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications from University of Kansas.
