Online Application - Technical Questions
You must first create an account with a personalized login and password. Remember to keep your personal login information private.
You must be invited to create an account using the online secondary application. If you have been invited by the KCU Admissions Office to complete the secondary application, please remember that you must input your initial account information, such as your first and last name, exactly as it appears on your AACOMAS application. You must also input your 10-digit AACOMAS ID number. You will have an opportunity to update your personal information, such as address, married name, etc., once you have access to your application.
Your account will remain active for up to one year. You will have 21 days to complete the secondary application. It is recommended that you complete your secondary application as soon as possible so that it can be reviewed.
We recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for the secondary application.
You are not able to change information on your secondary application once it has been submitted. If you have not yet submitted and are having trouble logging in, please contact the Admissions Office at 800-234-4847 or 816-654-7160, and we will help you with any technical difficulties.
You must pay the $60 non-refundable application fee online once you have submitted your application. Your application will not be considered complete until this application payment has been remitted. If you have logged out without paying your application fee, please contact the KCU Admissions Office at 800-234-4847 or 816-654-7160.
Note: if you have paid the application fee and log back into your account, it may still show the link to pay the fee. If you are unsure if we received your fee, please email email@example.com.
