Dental Medicine
You must submit the following items by the specific dates to matriculate into the Doctor of Dental Medicine Program. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your seat in the College of Dental Medicine.
- Submit Acceptance & Matriculation Deposits
- Due dates vary - see acceptance email for dates and link to payment portal
- Complete onboarding task by May 1st. These items can be found in your student Workday Account.
- Review and acknowledge Binding Arbitration Agreement
- Review and acknowledge Minimum Technical Standards
- Complete Immunization Requirements by May 1st.
- Create account on PreCheck for criminal background check. Once you receive your results, upload into your student Workday account by May 1st.
- Submit All Official Transcripts by July 1st.
- If you have no grades pending before applying to KCU, transcripts submitted with your AADSAS application will count as your official transcripts. You only need to submit updated transcripts showing courses that were in progress or showing your degree conferment. If you have any questions about which transcripts are due, please email dentaladmissions@kansascity.edu .
- Purchase Required Dental Equipment
- Students will be sent information late Spring about purchasing their dental equipment.

- Secure Student Housing
- Contact the Admissions Office directly at dentaladmissions@kansascity.edu to request a list of housing recommendations provided by student ambassadors. Please note that KCU does not offer on campus housing and is not affiliated with any rental or properties for sale.
