Kansas City University (KCU) has appointed Andrew Davis, MPA, as vice provost for Enrollment Management.

In this role, Davis will serve as the senior leader for enrollment management and admissions, providing strategic oversight for recruitment and admissions efforts across all academic programs. He brings more than 13 years of experience in higher education enrollment strategy, student access and operational leadership.

Most recently, Davis served as associate vice president of enrollment management at Park University, where he led initiatives that increased student enrollment, strengthened financial aid strategies for first-generation students and implemented predictive analytics to enhance recruitment and enrollment planning. His work emphasized collaboration across academic and administrative units and the strategic use of technology and data to inform decision-making.

“Andrew brings extensive experience in enrollment management and admissions strategy that will strengthen our ability to attract and enroll future students,” said Thomas Moorman, senior vice provost for student success. “His leadership and collaborative approach will be critical as we continue to advance our enrollment strategies.”
